Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14 day returns policy from date of receipt. If you wish to make a return please contact us after receipt of the goods in order to advise us of your intention. Upon return of the unwanted goods we will process a full refund to the original form of payment.
Full refunds will be given, including the cost of return postage, where you have received a faulty or incorrect product. If the goods are returned for any other reason the refund will not include cost of return postage.
Goods must be returned in their original saleable, unused and undamaged packaging along with any tags, included items or accessories. Once the returns have been received they will be checked and the appropriate refund will be processed.
When returning items we suggest using a secure tracked/insured service as responsibility for any lost items lay with the sender until goods have been safely received. Please obtain proof of posting for your own security.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
